Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior and designated interior areas of our properties. The role includes daily upkeep, snow removal, supply management, and adherence to safety policies.

You will help ensure property standards and resident safety while supporting a professional, respectful environment. We offer full-time, on-site work with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to take initiative to execute job tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds including cleaning and trash removal.
• Care for, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on passageways to prevent ice buildup.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude, including a uniform.
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of company and community policies and procedures.
