Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a full-time grounds-keeper to maintain outdoor areas, buildings, and general property grounds in a safe, professional manner.

You will perform routine upkeep, manage supplies, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards while upholding AMC’s standards for appearance and service. This role offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for advancement within AMC.

Qualifications

• Ability to use grounds-keeping tools and machinery.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.
• Care for inventory and maintenance of supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.
• Snow removal and de-icer application on passageways to prevent ice buildup.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and uniform per company policy.
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of company and community policies and procedures.
