Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior and interior areas of the property. You will perform daily upkeep, manage supplies and equipment, and ensure a professional appearance at all times.

Responsibilities include snow removal, safety adherence to OSHA, reporting unusual circumstances, and responsive resident service. The role rewards initiative, independent judgment, and proactive problem solving within a dynamic community.

Qualifications

• Experience using groundskeeping tools and machinery.
• Ability to work independently and follow posted policies.
• Willingness to apply common sense to tasks and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds, including trash removal.
• Care for supplies and equipment, with inventory management.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer to prevent ice buildup.
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to residents.
• Know and follow company/community policies and procedures.
