Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior and interior property areas in a professional, safety-conscious manner. The role requires basic groundskeeping tool use, reliable initiative, and adherence to company policy and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include daily site upkeep, inventory management, snow/ice removal, and courteous resident interactions. AMC offers full-time hours with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience using groundskeeping tools and machinery.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to handle tasks with a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.
• Manage inventory and care of supplies and equipment.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer to prevent ice buildup.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude with a uniform.
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of company and community policies and procedures.
