Qualifications

• 1+ year of porter/groundskeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial and groundskeeping tasks for property buildings and common areas.
• Operate equipment like leaf blowers and pressure washers as needed.
• Assist maintenance staff and respond to routine requests from the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Promote property cleanliness and curb appeal; interact with residents professionally.
