ZRS Management LLC is hiring a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential property, ensuring clean Breezeways, common areas, and market-ready units. You will perform routine exterior and interior upkeep, including debris removal, lighting maintenance, and pressure washing, contributing to a well-maintained environment for residents and clients.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong customer service, and reliability to support a safe, attractive property and timely completion of tasks

Qualifications

• Must possess the right attitude and dedication along with strong Customer service
• Detailed Oriented Organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Breezeways free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
• Walking the property monthly
• Pressure washing the buildings
• Preparing market ready units
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area free from debris
