Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our residential properties in a fast-paced environment. Your duties include cleaning Breezeways, debris removal, bulb replacement, and periodic property inspections to keep units market-ready.

You will also perform pressure washing, common-area cleaning, and maintenance of the compactor area, contributing to a safe and welcoming living space for residents and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in property grounds maintenance and upkeep.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Detail oriented and highly organized work style.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the buildings Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
• Walking the property monthly
• Pressure washing the buildings
• Preparing market ready units
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.
