Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Arcade, a 282-unit apartment community in St. Louis, MO.

The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the property, including trash removal, landscaping, and snow/ice duties, with daily use of digital devices to manage work orders and inspections. The position requires strong English communication, reliability, and adherence to Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• May require a valid driver’s license, ability to drive a motor vehicle and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and Exterior Maintenance: remove trash from grounds, clean around dumpsters, rake and mulch around trees and landscaped areas, and perform snow removal per policy.
• Common Area and Facility Cleaning: empty trash, clean lighting fixtures and surfaces, and replenish supplies in offices and common areas.
• Communication and Administrative Tasks: deliver community fliers, review and manage work orders daily, document tasks as work orders.
• Safety and Compliance: maintain a safe work environment and report hazards, adhere to Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Professional Standards: maintain attendance and professional conduct with residents, vendors, and coworkers.
• Assist staff with other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
