Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for the Arcade, MO community. The role focuses on keeping grounds clean, safe, and attractive, including trash removal, landscaping, and seasonal snow/ice control.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in English and understand written instructions.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions with basic problem solving.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and exterior maintenance: remove trash, clean around dumpsters, rake and mulch landscaping, water plants, and assist with snow/ice removal as needed.
• Common area cleaning: empty trash, clean fixtures, floors, and replenish supplies.
• Use a digital device to review and update work orders and document tasks, ensuring safety and compliance with policies.
