Job summary

Dominium is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper for Mulberry Place, a 224-unit apartment community in Lawrenceville, GA. The role involves keeping exterior areas clean, managing trash, landscaping tasks, and assisting with work orders using a digital device.

Safety, compliance with fair housing, and professional conduct are essential. The Groundskeeper will perform daily maintenance, assist with snow/ice removal per policy, and support staff as needed to maintain a high standard of property

Qualifications

• English communication required.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to operate small vehicles on property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the property exterior and common areas.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as raking, mulching, weeding, and watering; assist with snow/ice removal.
• Empty trash and clean around dumpsters; mop and clean floors in common areas.
• Use a digital device to review, update, and manage work orders and inspections.
• Report hazards and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
• Attend staff meetings and assist other staff as needed.
