Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written instructions.
• Follow detailed written or oral instructions and use basic problem-solving skills.
• May require a valid driver’s license and ability to operate small to mid-size vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and exterior areas, remove trash, and clean around dumpsters.
• Perform landscaping tasks (raking, mulching, weeding, watering) and snow/ice removal per policy.
