Dominium Management Services in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a Groundskeeper for Mulberry Place, a 224-unit apartment community. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, safety and curb appeal through trash removal, landscaping, and snow/ice removal per policy.

You will use a digital device to manage work orders, inspect areas, and document tasks; participate in safety and compliance with Fair Housing laws; attend meetings and assist staff as needed.

Qualificações

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions and solve problems with a few concrete variables.

Responsabilidades

• Walks the property daily to remove trash and maintain exterior areas including dumpsters and landscaping.
• Clean and maintain common areas and laundry rooms; replenish supplies and manage cleaning tasks.
