Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Arcade, a 282‑unit apartment community in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on maintaining exterior areas, landscaping, and general property upkeep to support a safe, clean living environment.

You will use a digital device for work orders and inspections, attend staff meetings, and assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor. This on-site position requires reliability and attention to safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions and solve problems.
• May require a valid driver's license and ability to drive a motor vehicle/UTV as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and exterior maintenance duties including trash removal, landscaping, and snow/ice removal.
• Common area cleaning and upkeep of fixtures, rugs, and supplies.
• Use digital device to manage work orders, inspections, and documentation.
