Job summary

Bedrock Property Management is seeking a Groundskeeper for its Nashville-area apartment communities. You will maintain curb appeal and grounds, assist with service requests, and support the service team to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

The role involves outdoor work in varying weather, using hand and power tools, and collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Groundskeeper experience preferred.
• Landscaping or related field encouraged.
• Experience working in a team to achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solve issues.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property and grounds.
• Use hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Picks up debris and removes objects from the property.
• Respond to after-hours issues when required.
• Respond promptly to work orders and follow company procedures.
