Job summary

Pratum Companies seeks a reliable Porter to maintain grounds, assist with cleaning, painting vacant apartments, and light landscaping. This part-time, non-exempt position requires physical work on the property and the ability to lift and move materials.

Compensation ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, with benefits outlined on the company site. Responsibilities include trash removal, make-ready support, basic painting, and ensuring safe, clean common areas while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds keeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends preferred.
• Basic painting skills required.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Keep the premises of the office, building, and grounds in clean and orderly condition.
• Assist with cleaning, turning and painting vacant apartments.
• Light landscaping and snow removal as applicable.
• Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
