Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is hiring a Porter to perform routine upkeep of the apartment community, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and staff. You will maintain curb appeal, operate safety-minded practices, and fulfill tasks promptly in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $21 per hour based on experience, with potential bonuses. Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm, and on-site work is required at the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Porter experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, buildings exteriors and common areas.
• Assist in cleaning and preparing units including trash removal from vacant apartments.
• Weather preparation and clean up as needed.
• Organize and maintain supplies efficiently.
• Present a professional appearance aligned with the company image.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
