Pratum Companies is seeking a Porter to help maintain the grounds and common areas of our properties in Baltimore, MD. You will assist with cleaning, painting vacant units, and basic landscaping while ensuring a neat and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Groundskeeping duties across the property grounds, exterior areas, and common spaces.
• Light painting and basic upkeep tasks as needed.
• Customer service oriented approach when interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Keep office, building, and grounds clean and orderly.
• Assist with cleaning, turning and painting vacant apartments.
• Light landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units and removing trash from vacants.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
