Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper responsible for maintaining exterior and interior designated areas. Duties include daily upkeep, inventory management, snow removal, safety compliance, and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• Experience using grounds keeping tools and machinery.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to solve problems with a few concrete variables.
• Willingness to take initiative to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of property buildings and grounds including cleaning and trash removal.
• Maintain inventory and care of supplies and equipment.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer on passageways.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional uniform and appearance.
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
