Hamilton Point Property Management in Conroe, TX seeks a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain common areas, assist the maintenance team, and ensure cleanliness across driveways, parking areas, pool surroundings, and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities include trash pickup, landscaping tasks, operating power equipment, and supporting the office with notices. Requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of porter experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of porter or similar experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use computer-tracking systems used at the property.
• Ability to lift and move items as required by the job.

Responsabilités

• Picks up trash on the property and in common areas, including driveways and parking lots.
• Keeps dumpster area clean and emptied.
• Uses power blower and pressure washer to clean breezeways, sidewalks, pool area.
• Maintains flowerbeds, plants, grass areas; performs pool maintenance.
• Inspects and communicates status to supervisor; schedules and monitors work orders.
• Assists office staff with posting notices on resident doors.
• Performs emergency maintenance work as required.
• Ensures work areas are neat and safe after tasks.
