Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Picks up trash in common areas and property grounds.
• Maintains dumpster area and cleans as needed.
• Operates power blower and pressure washer for cleaning exterior areas.
• Maintains flowerbeds and lawn; pool maintenance and snow removal.
• Communicates with supervisor about work status and issues.
• Schedules and monitors work orders; ensures supplies are stocked.
• Assists office staff with notices and general tasks.
• Delivers safe, clean, and welcoming living environment for residents.
