Job summary

Independent Management Services, a full-service property management firm, seeks a Maintenance Associate for Rainbow Terrace in Cleveland, OH 44104. You will participate in maintenance training, perform daily inspections of the grounds and common areas, and help keep the property clean and well-groomed.

Additional duties include assisting with vacant units and basic maintenance tasks. Applicants should be able to work year-round outdoors, follow safety and Fair Housing guidelines, and contribute

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize projects.
• Demonstrated track record of good attendance and punctuality.
• Basic knowledge of commercial/small grounds equipment and supplies.
• Attention to detail with residential cleaning practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing maintenance education and training.
• Daily inspections of the common areas, community, and property grounds.
• Ensure the property is well-groomed and free of litter and clutter.
• Assist in reconditioning of vacant units including cleaning and debris removal.
• Snow removal including salting of main roads, walkways, and parking areas.
• Light maintenance tasks and assist maintenance staff as needed.
