Job summary

Independent Management Services is seeking an on-site maintenance professional to inspect and groom properties, perform light maintenance, and support upkeep of common areas. The role requires attention to detail, timely reporting, and adherence to housing laws.

You will assist in reconditioning vacant units, handle outdoor tasks year-round, and collaborate with the Site Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure high standards across multiple communities.

Qualifications

• Superior attention to detail with outstanding communications skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and report timely.
• Adherence to Federal Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Daily inspections of common areas, community, and property grounds.
• Assist in reconditioning vacant units including cleaning and debris removal.
• Snow removal and salting of walkways and parking areas.
• Light maintenance tasks and support to maintenance staff.
• Report to Site Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
