RHM Real Estate Group is seeking a dependable Custodial Technician for our multifamily property in Cleveland, OH. You will help maintain cleanliness, curb appeal, and safety of common areas for residents, guests, and staff.

This hands-on role involves outdoor work, snow removal, trash removal, and assisting the property and maintenance teams with various projects. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical and manual labor regularly.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Keep common areas clean, orderly, and litter-free across the property.
• Perform trash outs and assist with move-outs.
• Maintain exterior spaces, snow removal, and landscaping tasks as needed.
• Assist with preparing apartments for new residents and general maintenance tasks.
• Support the property and maintenance teams with various projects.
• Follow all company procedures and maintain a safe, professional work environment.
