Job summary

MMS Group seeks an experienced Groundskeeper for a 152-unit residential property in Lorain, OH. You will maintain interior and exterior cleanliness and help preserve curb appeal. The role requires reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently with safety in mind.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of common areas, reporting hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor, and assisting with grounds maintenance. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, landscaping, general labor, and groundskeeping.
• Ability to work independently in a changing environment.
• Strong attention to safety and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning: Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage.
• Reporting: Report notable concerns to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Trash removal: Daily removal of litter and debris; assist with exterior grounds maintenance.
• Additional duties: Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
