Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Porter to maintain grounds, building exteriors, leasing office, and parking areas for a multi-family community in Baton Rouge. You will assist in preparing units, remove trash daily, and perform assigned maintenance tasks with safety as a priority.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, with the ability to work weekends or after hours as required. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

• Report maintenance concerns to the Service Manager and follow safety procedures.
