Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Porter to maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas of our property in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role includes trash outs after move-outs, pool area maintenance, and overall groundskeeping to ensure a safe and welcoming community.

The position requires prior grounds maintenance or janitorial experience, basic tools knowledge, and the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with possible overtime to support property needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance and landscaping is preferred.
• General maintenance/janitorial experience is valued.
• Basic computer skills to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas of the property.
• Assist with trash outs after move-outs when applicable.
• Keep work areas and maintenance shops organized and clean.
• Help with pool area cleaning and maintenance as needed.
• Post notices and assist with community communications.
