Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect community grounds and amenities to keep areas neat and litter-free.
• Assist make-ready process by removing trash and preparing vacant units.
• Perform routine service requests and support maintenance staff as needed.
• Maintain pool and safety equipment; monitor water quality.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and respond professionally to residents.
