Formación

• Basic understanding of cleaning products, equipment and safe chemical handling.
• Prior cleaning/janitorial experience preferred.
• Good communication and reliability essential.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize common areas, hallways, elevators, and laundry rooms.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and ensure turnover readiness.
• Report maintenance issues and restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and professional relations with tenants.
