Job summary

Trinity Management Company, L.L.C. seeks a maintenance/porter to uphold property cleanliness and curb appeal. You will assist the maintenance team in preparing apartments for occupancy, ensure pool areas and playgrounds remain clean, and keep all common areas in pristine condition.

The role involves following safety policies, reporting issues to the Property Manager, and performing routine upkeep such as graffiti removal and exterior lighting tasks. Requires reliability and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year related experience required.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and attractive environment around the Leasing Office, Clubhouse, Pool and common areas.
• Assist in apartment make-readies and carpet shampoos.
• Remove graffiti on the property the same day it appears.
• Maintain clean streets, curbs and sidewalks; paint curbs as needed.
• Inspect and clean property from exterior fences; sweep breezeways and steps.
