Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge to operate landscaping equipment and maintenance tools.
• Provide proof of valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including sidewalks, parking lots, breezeways, stairwells, and amenity spaces.
• Perform daily property walks to remove trash and debris from grounds and landscaped areas.
• Oversee landscaping vendors and provide assistance as needed.
• Assist with seasonal landscaping tasks such as leaf removal and mulching.
• Empty trash receptacles and keep dumpster areas clean and orderly.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues to the maintenance team and Community Manager.
• Assist with minor tasks and unit turns as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• All other assigned tasks.
