Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Porter to maintain grounds, amenities, and building exteriors, ensuring the property presents its best to residents and guests. You will help prepare market-ready units, address maintenance needs, and support a safe, welcoming community.

Responsibilities include cleaning, snow removal, and reporting issues promptly, with a focus on outstanding curb appeal and customer service. A high school diploma, English proficiency, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to cope with and defuse difficult situations.
• Must maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparation of market ready units.
• Pressure wash exterior buildings and sidewalks.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow, fires, floods).
• Clean available apartments and model homes and common areas.
• Report maintenance and life-safety issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal and interact with residents professionally.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and other properties.
