Job summary

CBRE Associate Property Manager in Seattle will manage financial activities for a large market to drive financial performance and client satisfaction. You will oversee budgets, monthly reports, invoicing, and accounts receivable, while coordinating with client accounting services and management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, 2–5 years in the field, a Real-estate License, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Excellent organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform, coordinate, and supervise various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions.
• Act as liaison between field management, client accounting services, and management.
• Oversee budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects; manage invoicing, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivable.
• Review data reports (AR, Income, EBITDA, pipeline) and identify profitability improvements.
• Schedule internal compliance reviews and report outcomes for process improvements.
• Provide customer service support for complex inquiries to internal and external clients.
