• Three years property management experience required.
• Education may substitute for experience per policy.

Responsibilities

• Generate necessary legal action and documents per state law.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications and ensure timely invoice approvals.
• Ensure property is rented to fullest capacity.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and progress reports.
• Administer leases and service/construction agreements.
• Track energy benchmarking data and ensure accuracy.
