Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a CFT Development Coordinator in Pasadena to support real estate development and construction projects from planning through turnover. You will handle documentation, scheduling, budgets, and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors.

This role emphasizes administrative support, meeting coordination, and maintaining project records, with a hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration or construction management related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of work experience; experience in project coordination or real estate industry preferred.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
• Annual store training is required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates communications and deliverables among architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, attorneys, government agencies, and internal departments.
• Maintains project schedules, milestone trackers, responsibility matrices, development checklists, action-item logs, current construction drawings, specifications, submittals, requests for information, change orders, and other related project records.
• Helps coordinate project meetings, ensuring agenda and minutes, attends site visits, and follows up on action items.
• Maintains orderly electronic and hard-copy project files (plans, reports, permits, contracts, correspondence, approvals).
• Assists with preparation of project status reports, presentations, development budgets, and executive summaries.
• Supports bidding, contractor selection, contract-execution, and pre-construction processes.
• Tracks submittals, RFIs, change-orders, payment applications, inspection reports, and decisions.
• Assist with evaluating/ documenting potential change orders, including cost, schedule impact, approvals, and documentation.
• Provides administrative assistance related to development and construction budgets, commitments, forecasts, and cash-flow schedules.
• Tracks approved contracts, change orders, invoices, payments, and remaining budget balances.
