Job summary

Property Management in Maryland seeks a Field Services Representative under the direction of the VP, Regional Director, or Regional Manager to handle accounts and coordinate between the Property Manager and owners. You will perform surveys and document on-site conditions using AppFolio.

Daily tasks include handling office duties, logging work orders into AppFolio, ensuring move-in-condition reports are completed before lease starts, and communicating survey results to owners via the online

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently and manage flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Performs interim, move-in, move-out surveys, and repair verifications.
• Handles office duties including correspondence, answering phones, delivering keys, and assisting customers.
• Enters on-site work orders into AppFolio for action by Customer Experience in emergencies or safety concerns.
