Job summary

HomeServices Property Management, LLC. is seeking a Field Services Representative in the Maryland region to handle property accounts with oversight on interim, move-in, and move-out surveys and to serve as a liaison between owners and the property management team.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to travel daily in a personal vehicle within the region, and familiarity with maintenance workflows.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of property maintenance and improvements.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
• Daily travel in a personal vehicle within the region is required.
• A real estate license is not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs interim, move-in, move-out surveys and repair verifications.
• Manages office duties including correspondence, phones, keys, lockboxes, mail delivery.
• Ensures onsite work orders are entered into AppFolio for emergencies or habitability issues.
• Verifies move-in condition reports before lease start date and tenant possession.
• Communicates survey results to owners via AppFolio and portal; documents damages and coordinates next steps.
• Becomes familiar with HomeServices Property Management workflows and processes.
• Keeps VP/Regional Director or Regional Manager and Property Manager informed of property facts.
