Job summary

RealtySouth in Maryland is seeking a Field Services Representative who will handle accounts with duties related to interim, move-in and move-out surveys, and act as liaison between the Property Manager and owners. This role involves communicating on-site conditions and coordinating with the Customer Experience team.

The position requires 3-5 years of property management experience, strong verbal and written communication, independent work habits, and daily travel in a regional vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of property maintenance and improvements.
• Must be able to work independently and have a flexible schedule.
• Daily travel in region in a personal vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs interim, move-in, move-out surveys and repair verifications.
• Handles office duties including correspondence, phones, keys, mail delivery, and aiding customers.
• Ensures on-site work orders are entered into the maintenance system for action by Customer Experience for emergencies or health/habitat concerns.
• Ensures move-in-condition report is complete prior to lease start date and tenant possession.
• Documents tenant damage and issues; coordinates with the Property Manager for resolution including corrective actions.
• Keeps VP/Regional Director/Manager and Property Manager informed of property facts.
