Job summary

HomeServices of America is seeking a Field Services Representative to manage property survey activities and coordinate with Property Managers and owners. This role performs interim, move-in, and move-out surveys, handles routine office duties, and ensures timely entry of work orders in AppFolio for maintenance and safety issues.

You'll verify move-in conditions before lease starts, report findings to owners through the online portal, and work with management to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Performs interim, move-in, and move-out surveys, and repair verifications.
• Handles office duties including correspondence, answering phones, delivering keys, installing, and removing lockboxes, dropping mail at post office or FedEx center for delivery and aiding customers and clients.
