Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating.
• 3+ years of experience performing property inspections.
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate condition of systems and recommend repairs.
• Site reconnaissance, data compilation, organization, and project research.
• Technical report writing with maps and appendices.
