SFR3 Fund is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician (Property Engineer Captain) in Dayton, OH. You will oversee our in‑house labor pool, train new hires, and drive efficiency with the GM to ensure all tasks are assigned optimally and emergencies are resolved swiftly.

You will manage a team of Property Engineers, uphold a strong culture, and contribute to performance metrics like profit per home. This role requires a hands-on, travel-ready leader committed to excellence.

Formación

• 7+ years of renovation, turn, or maintenance experience, including 5+ years of direct, hands-on work on homes.

Responsabilidades

• Training & coaching: identify gaps and train new hires; sign off on each hire.
• Maximize efficiency: partner with GM to review tasks, reallocate work to avoid unaddressed items.
• Handle high-leverage work: lead the response to emergencies with Dispatch/GM to resolve quickly.
• Hiring: assist in interview process (Home Walk Evaluations).
• As PE Lead, measure performance via profit per home and team value Surplus, and drive team productivity.
