Job summary

SFR3 Fund in Dayton, OH is seeking a Residential Maintenance Technician to service single-family rentals across the area. The role covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and turns, with real autonomy and routes delivered to your phone.

Compensation ranges from $26 to $32 per hour, guaranteed 40 hours weekly, $0.76/mile for vehicle gas, and a quarterly performance bonus. Benefits include dental and health coverage, tool reimbursement, and starting PTO of two weeks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years multi-trade maintenance experience in apartments, SFR, or trades.
• Proficient in at least 3 of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances.

Responsibilities

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair (EPA 608 if certified).
• Plumbing: water heaters, drains, leaks, fixtures.
• Electrical: outlets, switches, breakers, GFCI, fixtures.
• Carpentry, drywall patch and paint, doors, locks, detectors.
• Appliance repair and swaps.
• Turns/make-readies between residents; light renovations.
