SFR3 LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Indianapolis to lead a premier maintenance team. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and driving efficiency across properties. You will coordinate with the GM, respond to emergencies, and oversee a team of Property Engineers to ensure high-quality home upkeep.

The position requires extensive hands-on maintenance experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of renovation, turn, or maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ contributors.
• Strong problem-solving mindset; ready to execute.
• Hands-on approach; willing to travel.
• Coaching-first mentality; ability to train others.

Responsabilidades

• Training & Coaching: identify gaps and train new hires.
• Maximize efficiency: coordinate tasks with GM to optimize outcomes.
• High leverage work: lead in emergencies and coordinate with dispatchers and GM.
• Hiring: assist in interview process (Home Walk Evaluations).
