Job summary

A restless pioneer in real estate technology, Asteroom is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join our growing team as Property Data Collectors. You will use cutting-edge equipment and mobile apps to capture essential data and generate immersive 360° property tours, delivering top-quality results for clients.

As an independent contractor, you’ll benefit from flexible hours, competitive pay per assignment plus mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for more work.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience in real estate, data collection, or photography, OR 12+ months of demonstrated exceptional customer service.
• Licensed Home Inspectors strongly preferred.
• Willingness to perform work as an Independent Contractor.
• Ability to travel and work in client homes (with compensation).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture property data and create immersive 360° tours using Asteroom equipment.
• Utilize mobile apps to collect accurate data and ensure quality results.
• Provide timely, professional service to clients.
