Job summary

Asteroom is seeking licensed Home Inspectors to join our growing team. As a Property Data Collector, you will employ Asteroom’s cutting‑edge equipment and mobile apps to capture critical property data and create immersive 360° property tours.

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your home inspection skills while being part of an exciting technological shift in the real estate sector. Part-time, contract work with flexible hours and travel to client homes.

Qualifications

• Active real estate or home inspection license preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel to client homes and work as an Independent Contractor.
• Experience with data collection or photography is a plus.
• Must pass independently paid background check.

Responsibilities

• Capture property data and create immersive 360° property tours.
• Perform assignments as an independent contractor.
