Job summary

CCMSI in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Property Damage Liability Claims Adjuster I to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve multi-line liability claims for a national account. This is a full lifecycle adjuster role within a TPA environment, with a hybrid schedule after training and a minimum monthly in-office day.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of multi-line claims experience, handles Property Damage claims, and holds an active adjuster license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-line claims experience or insurance-related claims experience.
• Experience handling Property Damage claims.
• Active adjuster license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust multi-line liability claims.
• Evaluate liability, damages, coverage, and exposure.
• Review invoices to determine reasonableness and applicability.
• Authorize and process claim payments within authority.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and stakeholders.
• Monitor subrogation opportunities and support recovery efforts.
• Prepare timely claim reports, reserve analyses, and client communications.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain client expectations.
