This full life-cycle ML adjuster position requires adherence to corporate standards and client expectations. There is a minimum of 1 day in the office each month, with a hybrid schedule after training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-line claims experience or insurance-related claims experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and adjust multi-line liability claims in accordance with established claim handling procedures.
• Evaluate liability, damages, coverage, and exposure to support appropriate claim resolution.
• Review medical, legal, and miscellaneous invoices to determine reasonableness and claim applicability.
• Authorize and process claim payments within settlement authority and established guidelines.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor subrogation opportunities and support recovery efforts when applicable.
• Prepare timely claim reports, reserve analyses, and client communications.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain compliance with team service commitments and client expectations.

Job Summary CCMSI is seeking a Property Damage Liability Claims Adjuster to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve multi-line liability claims for a dedicated national account. This is a full life‑cycle claims adjuster position within a Third Party Administrator (TPA) environment focused on delivering quality claim outcomes while maintaining exceptional client service. The role is responsible for handling property damage and liability claims in accordance with corporate claim standards, client expectations, and industry best practices.

*There is a minimum of 1 required day in the office every month.*

• Experience handling Property Damage claims.

• Active adjuster license required.

• Prior experience handling claims within a TPA environment is helpful.

• Experience supporting dedicated or national account clients.

Compensation & Compliance

The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good‑faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
