Lpc in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Property Coordinator to manage on-site activities including tenant relations and invoice processing. The role entails answering tenant inquiries, managing purchase orders, and maintaining vendor compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in commercial property management along with strong communication skills and proficiency with property management software such as MRI and Yardi. This position is 100% in-office without options for remote work.
We are looking for a Property Coordinator to assist in directing and coordinating activities of on‑site management. This person will assist in effectively implementing procedures, cost controls and policies, maintaining good tenant and client/owner relations, as well as assisting the Property Management team in maintaining invoice records and contacting vendors/setting up accounts.
This position is 100% in‑office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
