Lincoln Property Company in Weatherford, TX is seeking a Property Coordinator to assist on-site management, implement procedures, and support client relations. The role focuses on cost controls, invoice records, and vendor coordination.
The ideal candidate has a minimum high school education, 2+ years in commercial property management, and familiarity with MRI, Workspace, and Yardi. Strong communication and independent work skills are essential in an in-office environment.
We are looking for a Property Coordinator to assist in directing and coordinating activities of on-site management. This person will assist in effectively implementing procedures, cost controls and policies, maintaining good tenant and client/owner relations, as well as assisting the Property Management team in maintaining invoice records and contacting vendors/setting up accounts.
This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
