Lpc in Aliso Viejo, California is seeking a dedicated Property Coordinator to facilitate onsite management activities. The role includes handling tenant inquiries, managing financial records, and supporting special events coordination.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in commercial property management, familiarity with relevant software, and excellent communication skills. This 100% in-office position offers competitive pay and a supportive work environment.
We are looking for a Property Coordinator to assist in directing and coordinating activities of on-site management. This person will assist in effectively implementing procedures, cost controls and policies, maintaining good tenant and client/owner relations, as well as assisting the Property Management team in maintaining invoice records and contacting vendors/setting up accounts.
This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
Pay Range: $60,000—$63,000 USD
