Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: previous property management experience.

• HUD rules and regulations familiarity.
• COS or TCS certification preferred.
• Experience with rent collections and posting to GL.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of tax credit and affordable housing recertification and compliance.
• Maintain property waiting list and resident files.
• Build relationships with tenants and coordinate resident information processing.
• Schedule recertification interviews and apartment inspections.
• Assist with leasing, rent collections, and resident services.
